WELCOME TO ENERGIES IN MOTION

​

I’m so glad you’re here. If you’ve found your way to this space, chances are you’re ready to understand yourself on a deeper level—to explore what your emotions are truly trying to tell you and how they are meant to move through you, not stay trapped within you.

​

Emotions are energy in motion. They are meant to flow, to rise and fall, to be felt and released. But when we are taught to suppress, minimize, doubt or ignore what we feel, these energies become frozen in time within our somatic body. And when that happens, we live in a dysregulated state and our nervous system calls on protective parts to help us cope—parts that might push us into perfectionism, hyper-independence, avoidance, dissociation,  over-control and ultimately addiction and even suicide.  These parts are extreme in order to protect the system the only way they know how and that often results in ultimately harming the system they are trying to protect.

But here’s the truth: You were never meant to carry your emotions alone, nor were they ever meant to stay stuck. When we create space for them to move—through parts work, breathwork, somatic release, and deep self-inquiry —we restore the natural rhythm of our emotional body. The parts that have worked so hard to protect us can begin to soften, to trust, to rest and serve us from their natural state.

This space is about coming home to yourself. It’s about learning to feel without fear, to move emotions through the body instead of holding them in, and to recognize that true healing happens when we integrate all parts of ourselves with compassion.
